Coaching

Exude offers private executive coaching for the “whole leader” – focusing on both personal and professional leadership development skills. We can cover everything from stress management to nutrition and self-leadership. These sessions are customizable to meet the needs of the client. Group coaching is also be available for organizations who are looking to reinforce trainings for a large group.

Pre-recorded Webinars

Employees and dependents will have access to short and engaging videos, webinars, and resources that focus on the following areas of well-being: Mindset, Emotional Health, Rest/Movement, Nutrition, Relationships, Financial, Meaning/Purpose. This is hosted online by Exude.

Online Wellness Platforms with Incentive Programs

Exude has partnerships with several wellness platform providers and will work with the client to determine which one is the best fit that will meet their program goals.  Since we believe in a “whole person” approach to wellness, we’ve intentionally vetted platforms that are designed to support and engage employees in all areas of life, not just physical.

Advanced Health Data Analytics

This is a health management data analytics system that utilizes a cloud based platform. It incorporates a multitude of health claims, occupational health and wellness data flows into an intuitive and interactive dashboard, giving a 360-degree view of employee and population health.

Financial Wellness Programs

With a financial wellness program, employees will receive a step-by-step approach to handling money. It can help employees out of debt, put them on a budget, put them on the path to a smarter future and therefore help them thrive in the workplace. Exude can support clients in developing a financial wellness program. We have partnerships with several unbiased financial wellness providers.
