At open enrollment, Exude’s team will communicate information related to your benefit plans using a method that makes sense for you and your employees. Employees may also schedule private, one on one meetings with a dedicated representative to answer questions about open enrollment and support them in the decision-making process.
365 Day Communication Campaign
Once we define the appropriate communication strategy for your employees, we can create a 365 customized communications campaign for your employees. We use the data we receive from employee service calls to pinpoint areas where your employees can benefit from additional education. For example, if we see an increase in questions about your vision plan or certain coverage types, we can create a communication to further explain that area.
Lunch & Learns
During a lunch hour, our team can host a live lunch and learn or visit your location to provide needed education. Our will team stay onsite or online after the presentation and helped employees one-on-one with specific questions.
Monthly Wellness Webinars
We provide our clients and their employees with monthly educational webinars and several topics including mental health, physical fitness, stress management and self-care.
Mobile App: Open Enrollment
You will have the option to use Exude’s mobile app for open enrollment communication, distribution and education. Within this app, we will also have the option to send push notifications throughout the year to communicate important updates and reminders. All of the communications we create are customized to assure your employees of the caliber of your benefits plan.
24/7 Client Care Team
We understand the critical importance of providing excellent customer service for your employees, such that we invested heavily in the creation of an in-house 24/7 personalized client care team that functions solely as the advocate for each of your employees. If you choose, you will be assigned a dedicated Client Care Specialist who you or your employees will be able to call directly for any and all benefit related issues.
