Eileen has been with Exude since its inception in 1996. Currently, Eileen serves as the Executive Vice President of the Human Resources Consulting Division.
In this position, Eileen oversees and optimizes Exude’s operating performance. She is responsible for managing client partners and assisting in growth and development of staff as well as the overall organization. Eileen also manages the HR Division’s strategic plan, while maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards. She supports and leads talent acquisition strategy to support current and future needs.
In addition to these responsibilities, Eileen is a certified ACA professional and is dedicated to staying abreast of all compliance and Health Care Reform news and regulations. As regulations continue to evolve she will research, interpret and support new compliance or HCR developments, especially as it relates to the Affordable Care Act, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, & DOL. Eileen and the Exude HR team will provide resources to help clients understand what legal requirements apply to them and what the impact will be to their organization. Eileen is dedicated to recognizing our clients’ various needs & implementing strategies to best service our clients.
Eileen received Bachelors Degree in Risk, Insurance and Healthcare Management as well as a certificate in Human Resource Administration from Temple University. In regards to Health Care Reform, Eileen has been certified by National Association of Health Underwriters as a Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act Professional.
