Carla joined Exude in October of 2016 as a Strategic Relationship Manager. Carla will now be supporting the Human Resources division by connecting organizations with the solutions, tools and data to impact the full employee experience from entry to exit. This valuable insight allows clients to develop their workforce with the utmost confidence that the organizational strategy is enabled to succeed. Carla values her position because she is able to advise organizations on how to best empower their talent to thrive. She enjoys getting to learn and connect with others.
Carla brings nine of years of experience to the Exude team. Prior to joining Exude, Carla worked at Korn Ferry (formerly The Hay Group) as a Regional Business Development Manager where she was responsible for global compensation best practices, employee effectiveness strategy, and workforce development.
Carla attended Vanderbilt University as an English major. She then went on to pursue a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development & Leadership from Saint Joseph’s University. She is currently a Doctoral Candidate at The University of Pennsylvania.
