Alison DiFlorio, PHR is the President of the HR Division, eXude Inc. She co-founded the division in 2006 after more than 20 years in HR and training/development roles in the corporate sector. Her group provides expertise in the areas of training and development/management coaching, HR compliance and process and on-site HR consulting/placement. Alison’s work is based on the belief that an organization’s greatest resource is its human resource.
Prior to joining eXude, Inc., Alison spent ten years leading the training and development efforts for the Philadelphia-area Marriott Hotels and was a key member of the company’s national leadership training cadre. She was recognized for her work in the area of employee engagement which became the basis for Marriott International’s national employee engagement program. The year following the national implementation of the program, Marriott International experienced significant business results and significantly improved its place on the Forbes Best Places to Work list.
Alison is a graduate of The George Washington University where she earned a BA in International Studies. She holds certifications in Professional Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Master Trainer of Myers- Brigg Type Indicator (MBTI,) She is a member of both the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM.) She is married and the mother of two children.
