A for-profit client headquartered in Lehigh County had 150 employees with 82 on the health insurance plan. The client was fully-insured through Capital Blue Cross/Blue Shield. In 2015, the employer had a fully insured projected premium of $879,174.  As a result of this high premium, the group was quoted a self-insured plan through the Veris Consortium administered by Benecon with a maximum cost of $856,826 and an expected cost of $804,711.
