Organizational Assessments – Who needs them?
The word assessment can sometimes make people feel uncomfortable. They think, I don’t want someone I don’t know looking at all the things I do. People are concerned that a review of current policies and procedures may make them look bad if there are recommended changes. However, this is absolutely not the case.
