National Constitution Center

Saving our clients money is incredibly important. Find out how we were able to do it.

The Situation

In 1998 eXude welcomed the National Constitution Center (NCC) to our family of clients. Over the years NCC has grown from less than 5 employees to over 50 and eXude has been with them every step of the way.

When the National Constitution Center started as a small non-profit organization eXude helped to play a major roll in guiding and focusing on the benefit offerings NCC provided to their employees. eXude supported the growth of the National Constitution Center through assisting them with budgets, payroll contributions, and industry analysis for larger non-profits. We conducted surveys and meetings to familiarize eXude and NCC’s growing staff in efforts to understand their employees’ needs and wants when it came to their benefits offerings.

eXude’s goal with the National Constitution Center, as it is will all of our benefits clients, is to present the best benefit offerings to fulfill their employees’ needs but also fit into NCC’s budget while providing the best client service and support possible.
