Our customized support includes a six month Executive/Leadership Coaching Program that supports the following

Executive Coaching Approach:

Phase 1: Initial Coaching Meeting

  • Initial meeting with coach and key stakeholders
  • Initial meeting with coach and coachee
  • Introductions
  • Assessment review (if applicable)
  • Goal setting
  • Establish schedule

Phase 2:

  • 16 private coaching sessions for each identified coachee, scheduled once every week for eight weeks, followed by bi-weekly sessions for sixteen weeks.
  • Onsite session meetings, telephonic sessions available, if required.
  • Periodic check in meetings with Leadership Team/Key Stakeholders
