Seminar: Continuing the diversity, equity, & inclusion conversation

/ May 21, 2019 May 21, 2019

Handling the After Effects of the #MeToo Movement on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

As a follow up to our last diversity & inclusion seminar held in April, we wanted to continue having these important conversations and help our community understand how to discuss these topics. Join part two of this seminar where we’ll discuss how people in power are changing behavior after the #MeToo Movement and the implications of hypersensitivity on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in the workplace.

Attend this session to…

• Understand who and what might be impacted in your organization
• Learn strategies to manage after effects
• Learn what should change in your Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy
• Know the right steps to take if your employees believe your workplace fosters sexual harassment
