Join our next Women’s Series where we’ll have a conversation centered on the power of mentorship—and how meaningful mentor/mentee relationships shape careers, confidence, and leadership across generations.

This seminar will feature a candid discussion between Mary and Kim, who will share their real-life mentor/mentee journey. Together, they’ll explore how mentorship is not a one-way exchange, but a reciprocal relationship rooted in trust, growth, and two-way learning. From the differences between “coming up” in earlier generations versus today’s workplace realities, to how each continues to learn from the other, their story highlights the evolving nature of mentorship.
