Psychological Safety Training Series
Our Psychological Safety Training Series is an intervention designed to address the pressing concerns at the intersection of employee mental health, burnout, diversity, inclusion, and the demands of managing hybrid and remote teams amid the backdrop of an election year. These trainings are critical for leaders who must navigate the compounded stressors that affect organizational well-being and team health.
Within these trainings, leaders will gain actionable strategies to reinforce psychological safety, the foundation of any impactful well-being and diversity and inclusion initatives. This focus on psychological safety is crucial for leaders steering their teams through the high-stress period of an election, preventing division and fostering a sense of team belonging and safety that supports mental health and combats burnout. These trainings are not just about adaptation but about thriving in today’s complex organizational landscapes.
In this training, leaders will learn the essentials of psychological safety, a key factor in mental health and team performance, especially as remote and hybrid work models become the norm. The session underscores the relevance of a trauma-informed approach, equipping leaders with the knowledge to recognize and mitigate workplace stressors that can impact well-being.
Participants will understand the neuroscience of inclusion, gaining the tools to nurture a work culture that is both supportive and conducive to the diverse needs of their teams. Participants will explore how their interpersonal/relational leadership and communication styles, when applied with a trauma-aware lens, can positively impact team dynamics, honor neurodiversity, and navigate the complexities of differing beliefs that can lead to team tension or conflict.
