Exude Leadership Series

Exude’s Leadership Series

We are excited to introduce Exude’s Leadership Series –a 4 month learning experience designed for leaders, managers, supervisors, or emerging leaders that are looking to develop their skills in the areas of Supervisory Skills, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Leadership. At Exude, we humanize learning beyond a traditional training program by offering meaningful development experiences. Each series uses articles, podcasts, videos and planned discussions with your manager to complement four scheduled training courses.

Exude Leadership Series Winter/Spring 2022

As shown above, our leadership series consists of three different tracks that each have four training courses. Each track is grouped into one comprehensive four-month learning experience. We pace the learning out over 4 months to allow you the time and space to reflect, decide, and apply. Cohorts are made up of up to 25 participants, and the class provides opportunities to connect with other participants to help you be intentional on processing how you learn, how you apply, and how you feel.  The focus on practical application is core to our design. The cohort experience allows you to learn formally and informally from the facilitators/host, your cohort teammates, your manager, and your work teammates.

This learning journey is 100% virtual with synchronous and asynchronous learning. The series includes five scheduled events: one (1) orientation, four (4) scheduled 2-hour classes, and one (1) 1-hour graduation. Total hours per participant are: max 1 hour per week on non-class weeks; 2 hours each class. For each course, the trainer will send a ~20-minute recorded overview to learners in the prework.

Deadline to register for the Winter/Spring Series is January 21st.
