David Elcock is a Senior Human Capital Consultant in the HC Division of Exude Inc. He joined Exude in 2016 with more than 20+ years of diverse experience in corporate, nonprofit, and higher and public education environments, and as an independent consultant. David is a progressive, “big picture” thinker with a record of increasing individual and organizational effectiveness through effective engagement and collaboration.
Douglas Allen joined Exude in 2019 as a Senior Consultant. He values his position because he’s able to use his skills in all areas of HR. Doug brings over 30 years of experience to the Exude team. Prior to joining Exude, Doug worked at the Cooper Health System as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Doug is also on the faculty of Temple University and Villanova University.

Kimberly Nash is a successful Human Resources professional with over 30 years of experience. Kim founded her company, THRiv, in 2017 to accompany leaders on their professional growth journey to achieve successful results. She serves leaders through coaching, teaching and public speaking.
