HR Consultants: Jasmine Williams

Jasmine Williams joined Exude in October of 2020 as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant. A results-driven strategist with over 15 years of experience in mission-focused nonprofit, government, and legal organizations, Jasmine is a seasoned designer of programs, strategies, and initiatives that empower the doers by strengthening the core functions of their organizations.

Jasmine served as Staff Attorney for the Indiana Supreme Court supporting the work of the Race & Gender Fairness Commission and the Indiana Conference for Legal Education Opportunity Advisory Commission. She is the founder of The Commoveo Institute, an organization committed to advancing equity in education and in the workplace.

She was awarded the Inaugural Diversity in Practice Award through the Marion County Bar Association and has been recognized by other organizations for her contributions as a champion for inclusion and equity in the legal profession.

Jasmine is a classically trained pianist, reads more than she sleeps, and is happy to tell you the story about how she got a job as a swim instructor before she could swim.

Jasmine received her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the Indiana University School of Social Work Indianapolis and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
