HR Consultants: Cynthia Ruff

Cynthia Ruff joined Exude in September of 2020 as a Human Resources Consultant and will now be supporting the Human Capital Division through her DEI/Facilitation experience. Cynthia values her position because she firmly believes that the various diversity, equity, and inclusion training Exude provides are empowering and transformational at its core.

Cynthia brings over six of years of experience to the Exude team. Prior to joining Exude, Cynthia worked at James Madison University as the Assistant Director for Multicultural Program where she was responsible for the development, facilitation, and assessment of initiatives surrounding multiculturalism, diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice for a university of over 21,000 students, faculty and staff.

Education: Human Development and Family Studies, Administrative and Family Policy, B.S. – University of Delaware, Counseling Psychology, College Student Personnel Administration, M.Ed. – James Madison University, Occupational and Technical Studies, Human Resources Training, Ph.D – Old Dominion University (Anticipated 2024)

Memberships and affiliations include: American College Personnel Association (ACPA), National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA)
