RoMaine Jones-Wise

RoMaine is an award-nominated HR leader who is passionate about navigating the ever-changing world of human resources. Over the last 15 years, her progressive career in HR has afforded her experience in tactical, functional and strategic human resources operations in various industries.  She has been both a department of one, and the leader of a department of ten. RoMaine enjoys problem-solving, innovative concepts, technology, team collaboration and providing top-quality engagement to all stakeholders within an organization. She is known to have the head for business and a heart for people.

RoMaine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business, with a focus in tourism and hospitality management from Temple University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.

Certifications & training include: Certification in Human Resources Management from Villanova University, Professional in Human Resource Management (PHR). She is scheduled to take the SHRM-CP exam in the Summer of 2021. Currently, RoMaine is virtually attending the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion certification program at the University of Southern Florida (expected completion Summer 2021).
