Lauren has been part of the Exude team since 2007 where she started as an enrollment specialist. Since then, she has grown within the company which has led to her current position as Manager of Client Care and Account Management.
In this position, Lauren is responsible for managing the day to day operations of our client care and account management teams as well as our enrollment specialists. As the manager of Client Care, Lauren trains each of the team members on industry topics as well as best practices for resolving employee issues. She also helps guide the Client Care Specialists through specific complex service issues. As the manager of the Account Management, Lauren is responsible for training the team on the renewal process from the time the client makes their decision to the inception of the plans. As the manager of the Enrollment Specialists, Lauren is in charge of training the team and delegating the incoming requests from clients to ensure that they get processed with each respective carrier. Lauren is also the Account Manger to a block of our key accounts.
Lauren is a graduate of Rider University and currently holds her Life & Health License and is a Certified Self-Funded Professional.
