Hazel Stanislaus-See Wai is an experienced Global Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion professional with over 20 years in the field. She has expertise as an organization development leader, talent strategist, and strategic business partner. Hazel has spent several years working with a multitude of organizations in a variety of industries creating diverse, inclusive, employee-centered, and value-driven cultures.
She is driven and passionate about her belief in the power of human potential and has dedicated her career to creating inclusive work cultures that enable all employees and organizations to thrive. By leading stakeholder and root cause analyses to identify and address issues with culture, systems, and people, she has successfully empowered leaders to drive positive organizational change.
Having spent most of her career in executive-level global roles, Hazel recently worked with a non-profit organization helping founders operationalize the strategic plan, prioritize people-focused KPIs and change the culture to be more inclusive and equitable.
Hazel holds a BSc in Computer Information Systems and an MPA in Human Resources Management from the Stern and Wagner schools of New York University. She also holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (Society of Human Resource Management).
