Dana Cheung joined Exude in 2021 as Director of HR. In her role, she is accountable for the strategy, health, and delivery of consultative services within the Human Capital practice. She is a trusted resource for her clients and enjoys helping dynamic organizations evolve. Her core values are mutual respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Dana brings 15 years of diversified HR experiences to the team and excels in performance management, employee relations and development, organizational transformation, and project management. Prior to joining Exude, Dana worked in HR at companies like General Electric, United Technologies Corporation, FMC, and Johnson & Johnson.
Her academic achievements include a master’s in Human Resources Management and a bachelor’s in Business Administration. She is currently working on her master’s degree in Strategic Communication at the University of Delaware.
