Nikki is an experienced human resources consultant, with an emphasis on placing a high value on understanding existing work practices to improve current processes and communicate new policies that support a culture of comfortable compliance in a constantly evolving workplace. As a true generalist, her strengths stretch across all areas of human resources, including, employee relations, performance management, and recruiting, all through the lens of DEI.
Nikki is a graduate of Chestnut Hill College where she earned her BA in Human Services with a minor in Psychology.
Caesar D. Williams, CLU, ChFC is the president of Exude, LLC.
With over 35 years of insurance experience, the Philadelphia native has held positions in business development, marketing, product development and sales management for regional agencies and national companies such as CIGNA, New England Life and AFLAC.
Caesar has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to insurance. He started working in the industry as an intern during his freshman year and went on to receive a Bachelors of Business Administration in Insurance from Howard University. He later earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations from the American College. In addition, Caesar earned a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a double concentration in insurance and entrepreneurial management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
Caesar is currently the Vice chairman of the Youthwork Foundation of the Union League of Philadelphia, a Trustee of the Steppingstone Foundation and an Overseer of the William Penn Charter School, his alma mater.
Makeda Brown joined Exude in July of 2020 as a Senior Human Capital Consultant and Leadership Coach. Makeda will now be supporting the delivery of Human Capital Management and Leadership & Talent solutions. She dedicates herself to helping leaders and teams unleash their potential to create value and achieve results within their organizations.
As a former global Executive HR leader, Makeda has over 20 years of experience developing and delivering talent strategies that maximize business results. Makeda advised and partnered directly with Senior Executives in R&D, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing, and Corporate Functions (Finance, IT, Compliance, Strategy, HR, Legal) across global organizations in the Pharmaceutical, Technology and Food/Hospitality industries. She also served as the Global Succession Planning leader for a large, multi-national company. In this role, she facilitated the accelerated development required to ready emerging leaders to assume critical roles and to lead productive teams.
Makeda holds an M.S. in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a B.S. in Business Management from The Pennsylvania State University. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ICF), Certified Professional Coach (iPEC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (iPEC), Talent Optimization Consultant (Predictive Index), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM) and Unconscious Bias Facilitator (CookRoss).
Makeda is also a member of the Philadelphia Society & People Strategy, Association of Talent Development, Beacon Networking for Life Human on the Capital Committee, a Board Member at KenCrest Services, and a Board Member & Education Program Chair at the International Coaching Federation Philadelphia Chapter
Anthony K. Moore is the Founder and Principal of Paradigm Group Consultants, located in Philadelphia, PA, and is a Senior Human Capital Consultant for Exude, Inc. As the Principal and CEO of the management-consulting firm, his role is to define the change theory and consulting direction that Paradigm group implements with its clients. He is also the relationship partner for the executive and senior-level clients of the firm.
In addition to his role as CEO, Anthony is principal for the Diversity Practice, responsible for diversity process implementation and program management for the firm’s diversity clients. His work with the firm’s diversity clients has led Paradigm Group to develop many new and dynamic strategies and training programs. It has also led to the development of key strategic partnerships that assist Paradigm with the development and implementation of strategic diversity programs with senior and executive management teams.
Anthony has also worked on a wide variety of high-profile organizational diversity issues related to discrimination, sexual harassment, college and university Greek organizations and senior management policy strategies. His work with several news-related diversity issues has been noted for his and the firm’s ability to build consensus and strategies that are transformative. Most notably, the firm was selected to assess the Duke University, Lacrosse incident, the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and Golf Channel highly visible incidents. He has also developed and implemented diversity programs and training in firms such as Glaxo SmithKline, Independence Blue Cross, Lincoln Financial Group, National Constitution Center, Sun Life Financial, The University of Pennsylvania, Duke University and Penn State University.
As the Principal and CEO of Paradigm group, Anthony is often invited to speak and participate in customer forums and conferences. He has recently served as guest speaker at the University of Virginia, American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), American Management Association and the Auto Club Group Call Center Management Conference and the Chamber of Commerce of Philadelphia.

Dan Gallagher is a transformative and results-driven business executive with success developing people, processes and performance in high-growth companies across multiple industries. His leadership brand is rooted in strong relationship building, influential communications and change management that helps businesses integrate, optimize and accelerate.
Dan will lead three core areas: (1) Human Resources Consulting, including strategy, project management, outsourcing, and employee experience, (2) Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, including training, coaching, consulting, and employee experience surveys, and (3) Training & Development, including leadership development, coaching, and learning strategies.
Prior to joining Exude in 2020, Dan worked at Comcast for 19 years. At Comcast, he focused on leadership development, DEI learning, HR development and workforce of the future initiatives. At Comcast Spectacor he worked in operations leading business transformation, including the launch of a new brand (Spectra), the standardization of back-office operations, and a new client experience strategy. Prior to that Dan worked in the consulting, banking, higher education and publishing industries.
Dan is the author of The Self-Aware Leader: A Proven Model for Reinventing Yourself (ATD, 2012) and has donated all proceeds to City Year. Dan speaks on the topic of leadership often and has been an adjunct professor at Temple University and Saint Joseph’s University, both in Philadelphia, PA.
As a collegian, Dan was the Official Mascot, The Hawk, for Saint Joseph’s University, where he earned a Master of Science in Training and Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology.
Dan is a current member of the Board of Trustees for Saint Joseph’s University, where he previously served as the Founder/Chair of University Global Community Day and a Member of the National Alumni Board. He has served as an Advisory Board Member of the National League of Cities University; President of the Philadelphia Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM); and Board Member with both the City Year National Human Potential Advisory Board and LEADERSHIP Philadelphia.
