Megan Rybak is Exude’s People and Culture Manager. She has been a member of the Exude team since 2015, beginning as a Human Resources Intern providing generalist HR support to the management & employees of the organization. Her eagerness to learn the business led her directly to the marketing team, where she assisted with the management of Exude’s website, blog, and social media. She joined the team full-time in 2016 as a dual HR & Marketing Specialist. She has since transitioned into Exude’s People & Culture Lead, where she works across the firm to identify, design and implement people programs, processes and initiatives that support the business needs of the organization. In her role, she is dedicated to staffing and ensuring a distinct and inclusive culture for Exude’s people.
Megan attended Temple University, where she graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration. She has a major in Human Resources Management and a minor in both Management Information Systems & Legal Studies.
Megan is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, and has her SHRM-CP designation as well as her PHR designation.
