Jessica is President of Exude, a consulting firm specializing in all things people, focusing on the areas of: Employee Benefits, HR, Diversity/Equity/Inclusion, and Training & Development. Her journey with Exude began in August 2007 as Chief Financial Officer, where she optimized financial performance and ensured alignment between people and business strategies. In 2023, her dedication and expertise led to her current role as President of the Employee Benefits Division. In this position, Jessica brings a warm blend of strategic vision, genuine care for people, and financial savvy to drive organizational success and foster sustainable growth.

Prior to Exude, Jessica’s professional journey began at IBM and Vanguard, where she honed her skills as a Financial and Pricing Analyst and Financial Manager, respectively. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in Economics from Penn State University and is a proud alumna of the Philadelphia Leadership Core Class of 2015.

Outside of work, Jessica is deeply committed to community service. She serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for The Delco Group, a nonprofit supporting the Delaware County Community, and contributes her expertise to the National Disease Research Interchange (NDRI) as a member of the Finance and Audit committee. Additionally, Jessica has served on the Executive Board of Spark, a program that engages communities to provide career exploration and self-discovery opportunities for middle school students to understand, experience and pursue what’s possible.

In her personal life, Jessica resides in Glen Mills with her husband Michael, their three children—Shane, Kylie, and Quinn—and two beloved pups, Smalls & Charlie.
