Join this workshop to experience an interactive Zoom session where we’ll share our experiences and have conversations about emotional well-being.
In this session, we will discuss the following topics:
- Unpacking personal beliefs about emotions and coping techniques
- Tools for increasing resilience
- Receive group coaching to address specific needs and questions
