A Valuable Lesson for a Happier Life

When you take time each day to reflect on your life – the miracle that you are even able to read this blog post – the gift of sight , of love and all else , it can help to remind you that many of the things that you perceive as “big stuff” are really just “small stuff.”

Life will usually go on if things don’t go according to plan.” –Richard Carlson, author of “Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff…and it’s all small stuff.”  Even if things don’t go as planned, we can use them as potential sources of awakening or opportunities to practice and learn from.
